The Leo A. Moxey Memorial Foundation, Inc. intends to serve the immigrant and native populations of the Greater Orlando area as well as the community and elementary school where Leo A. Moxey grew up, and got his "educational foundation" by sponsoring, facilitating, and supporting educational, cultural, economic, recreational, and civic activities for the youth and young children so that the communities and the individuals served will accept the opportunities and responsibilities for being the best and for helping others develop fully.
