Winston B. Moxey obtained his B.S degree in Accounting from The New York Institute of Technology. Presently he holds the position of Chief executive Officer at Bowerbank Income tax & Accounting Services, Inc., an Orlando based company specializing in accounting, and tax services for individual and businesses.
Mr. Moxey started his illustrious career with H & R Block Income Tax Services, Inc., where he held the positions as Office manager and Tax Accountant from 1973 -- 1980. He was instrumental in business development and planning, he initiated new techniques and programs that resulted in significant revenue growth.
Being the visionary that he is, he then went on an entrepreneurial explosion, owning and operating several small businesses. One of his major successes, W.B.M. Income Tax Services of New York was sold to H & R Block Income Tax Services, Inc., in January 1996.
It is through dedication, commitment, innovation, and enthusiasm that have made Mr. Moxey the success he is today. He has not only executed his actions and ideals with prudence, but is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise for the betterment of the community.
- Winston is involved in numerous volunteer activities for Schools, Civic Organizations, and Charities.
- Appointed to Community Board #10, in 1985, by the Borough President of Queens, New York.
- Democratic Candidate for the 28th Councilman District in Queens for the City Council of New York.
- Appointed Second Lieutenant with New York State Guard Division of Military Affairs by the Hon. Mario M. Cuomo, then Governor of the State of New York .

It is important for young people to know that they have choices and the decisions they make shape their lives. I am really excited to have the opportunity to help young people develop the attitudes, behaviors and skills that will contribute to them becoming knowledgeable, successfl, caring, and civic minded adults. I am eager to share the strategies for success learned from more than 20 years in various managerial positions in the fourth largest bank in the U.S.A.
